Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 29th September at 7:00pm. The doors open at 6.30pm.
As the hall is currently closed for refurbishment, our AGM will be held at Boscombe Social Club, Tidworth Road, Boscombe, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP4 0AB
The agenda is as follows:
- Attending/Apologies.
- Minutes of the last AGM meeting to be agreed.
- Matters arising from the minutes.
- Chairman’s report, including an update on the building refurbishment.
- Treasurers report.
- Stand down of current Trustees; election of new Trustees and officers.
- To appoint an independent examiner or auditor for the accounts for the financial year 2026-2027.
- Any other Business on which due notice has been given.
- End of meeting followed by an open discussion session.
